This website was created in June 2018 at the Board's request as a means of keeping residents (both homeowners and renters) informed about ongoing events, encourage participation in the community, and provide information about rules and regulations, thus creating a sense of "community."
It is run and maintained by volunteer homeowners for the benefit of homeowners and residents, and is not associated with the property management company, nor is it funded by the Cáceres Community Association, Inc.
Realtors and future homeowners / tenants can access the public pages of the website.
Cáceres is an eight-acre, Spanish-inspired gated community with a central park, cabana and pool, located just minutes from downtown Houston, Texas. Located off Reinerman Street in the heart of the Rice Military area, Cáceres is a contemporary interpretation of the "pueblos blancos" of Andalusia, Spain, where the traditional style of custom homes, villas and townhouses stand with whitewashed walls topped by red tile roofs.
Private gardens and grounds are well manicured. Residents enjoy year-round wine tastings, progressive dinners, and "pop-up" happy hours. Enjoy the various views from rooftops overlooking downtown, the Galleria area, and beautiful sunsets.
Cáceres is close to many of Houston's hot spots. Nearby Buffalo Bayou has several hiking and bike trails. Upscale shops and outdoor recreation abound as River Oaks Shopping Center and Memorial Park are less than two miles away. Fabulous restaurants and entertainment venues, including the art community of Sawyer Yards, are plentiful along Memorial Drive and Washington Avenue, and the renowned Texas Medical Center is only 16 minutes away.
