Caceres Parking Rules & Regulations
Please read and share the Caceres Parking Rules & Regulations with any prospective homebuyers and tenants BEFORE they buy or rent. Caceres Community has strict parking rules which must be followed due to lack of available parking. ALL residents are expected to park their vehicles in their garages (most garages can accommodate only two normal-sized vehicles), and to the extent possible, perpendicular to their garage (driveway) provided the vehicle fits in its entirety within the stamped concrete (NO overhang). At NO time should residents park their vehicles in areas that are designated as Guest Parking without prior approval from the Caceres Board, Guardhouse, or KRJ Management.
