As your community partner, KRJ strives to assist with all your HOA questions and concerns. The Homeowner Care Team, consisting of assistant community managers, is available weekdays between 8 am - 5 pm. The team is available to assist you with any matters regarding your HOA account, including online payments, work orders, and other related items.
To reach an assistant manager, call 713-600-4000 or email [email protected]. The Homeowner Care Team works directly with your community manager to ensure that your concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
If you have a question or are experiencing an issue that requires more time and attention, you can schedule an in-person meeting with any of the assistant managers. A scheduled meeting allows more time to research your concerns, meet with you when it is most convenient, and can be done at KRJ's office, or virtually if you prefer.
If you need to report an HOA emergency after hours, KRJ has partnered with an after-hours service who is standing by to assist you and ensure your issue is handled.

If you are experiencing an emergency such as a FIRE, call 911 and direct them to 207 Reinerman St. If you see any CRIMINAL ACTIVITY, please call Constable Precinct One Dispatch at 713-755-7628 and direct them to 207 Reinerman. Call the guard at 713-805-0617 to let them know you have an emergency; doing this will help the guard to direct the emergency vehicle to the correct address within the community.
